The course was comprehensive for the intermediate level. The instructor made sure that everyone was on the same page and adjusted the course pace accordingly. he also kept students engaged by making some jokes and keeping the atmosphere qutie casual.

I found this course really helpful for understanding how to manage SharePoint Online sites. It covers the key areas like permissions, content, and customisation in a clear and practical way. It’s been a great way to build confidence and get the skills needed to run sites smoothly. Definitely worth doing for anyone managing SharePoint!

The sessions were excellent and opened my eyes to the capabilities of SharePoint that I did not previously know about. It would have been good to have some more hands-on exercises, but as I understand, that was not the instructor's fault due to the number of topics that the department wanted to cover in a limited time. Russ is a great instructor and I enjoyed my time and learnt a lot from him during these sessions.
