it was useful with lots of display options I can apply. there's a lot of settings and options for report design, and the course was good at starting with the simple ones and then expanding on them and adding complexity later. Gordana was very patient with answering questions.

A good mix of theory (psychology) and practical work. Instructor is very knowledgeable. Good pace for everyone to keep up.
