Course was well paced. As a complete novice I was able to keep up and gain useful information about Xero

I found this course very interesting for me to highlight some things I didn't know to do in xero

The course was really insightful! Gordon was a great instructor, he went through all the content very comprehensively and was conscious of the different levels of everyone in the group. I learnt so many things that I can implement to improve efficiencies in my firm and for my clients.

Excellent course at a very good pace. Prior knowledge of relational databases was an advantage. Will need to practice a lot though. Not often I would rate all the below ratings as Strongly Agree but this has been an excellent course.

The content is fantastic. The trainer is very knowledgeable and engaging. Would be good to be given an exercise or two to take away and do within a specified time frame and submit for feedback. I do understand though that managing this would be time consuming from Dynamics / trainer perspective. I will refer back to the user guide in the meantime to attempt the activities in the guide. Thank you for the opportunity to attend this training.

the course layout is clear and useful

Alex was fantastic, very clear and well-paced. Appreciated his examples they were great. Appreciated his explanations. I thought I was good at excel but now realise how much time I can now save. Thanks for a great day and improving my efficiency greatly.

Alex is an excellent trainer, because I like to take notes I did find he went a little fast at times but I failed to request him to slow down so that was my issue. He was very knowledgeable about the subject and provided enough repetition to provide some familiarity for when next I try to tackle the processes.

Course was great, especially the sections on Pivot Tables and consolidation - I've picked up a lot of new tricks that will save loads of time!

Parts of the course is what I was expecting. The information regarding Macros isn't part of my day to day work and I was overwhelmed with the detail. Alex presented very well and I understood everything he was saying so having the examples and notes to revisit when the time comes is very helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed the session, Alex was super knowledgeable and taught us much more that what was contained in the PDF. The pace was perfect, and it was very easy to follow along and complete the exercises

This was a good intermediate level to learn Excel.

Duane was amazing at showing the different ways of using Excel. I honestly learnt a whole lot that I didn't even know was possible within Excel and can definitely see myself using this at work
