I felt as though our trainer Chris made what can be a very dry topic, easy and engaging to follow. I learnt lots of handy skills that i feel would be useful in my everyday workplace. I would have perhaps liked to learn a little more about constructing my own spreadsheet with some data that i may have potentially brought myself from my own workplace to see how i can transfer my skills.

Chris was an amazing facilitator. Chris was very patient throughout, thorough and explained everything very well, even for someone like I who is not very tech literate. Chris ensured to keep us engaged throughout the day. 12/10

Adam was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating of the various needs of the attendees. I felt very engaged and was immensely satisfied with the training session overall. He was able to address all my queries (as well as others') very effectively without compromising the flow of the session.

I thought this course covered the basics really well. The instructor (thanks Adam) explained the concepts clearly and was happy to answer questions and talk through any issues we had.

It's great to use the sample at the same time to learning. I realised I knew more than I thought I did, so the pace for some topics were slow however understandable for a training course for all levels of users.

Really good intro to PBI. Adam was a great facilitator - obviously very familiar with the course materials, but very engaged and not sounding like he was running off muscle memory.

Really good combination of foundational knowledge, practical demonstration, trainee exercises and instructor's commentary. Well paced and appropriate level of detail. I entered having not much experience with the tool and left feeling confident about my ability to build reports. Instructor was extremely thorough answering trainee's questions -- was kind but possibly could have given slightly briefer responses to manage time better.
