Sean was really engaging and explained everything with enough detail to absorb the information. The pace was also great to move along with examples without feeling hurried or overwhelmed.

Course was great! I learnt so much- I use alot of these formulas already but not really understanding exactly how they work so this course was so valuable. Sean was a wonderful instructor- he was easy to understand, went at a pace that suited everyone and gave so many handy tips. He was also so funny! Excel can be hard to navigate and a bit of a brain overload, so Sean's humour kept me laughing throughout even if he didn't know, it was much appreciated.

Very insightful, I have learnt so much. Sean is such a great instructor and explains things in such a clear and direct way. The delivery makes the course very enjoyable and I will recommend the course to my colleagues.

Wayne was an energetic and engaging educator, with great in depth knowledge of his subject matter. His delivery was agile and catered the participants needs. I have been using Outlook for at least 20 years and Wayne managed to identify gaps and improve my capability in several areas.

As my experience in Excel is limited, I found this course very helpful. But the course has re-established the little experience I have. Unfortunately, in my field of work, I don't use Excel often. I am hoping that the school will pass on more administrational duties to take advantage of my new knowledge on excel, so I don't lose this practice.

Instructor worked at comfortable working pace - not too slow/fast. Instructions were clear. Practice files were useful. Overall thought provoking and good increase of awareness of what Excel has to offer for more advanced users.

Was very valuable. I use Outlook everyday and still learnt a lot around archiving, the calendar and notes. I really enjoyed the flexibility of learning online through my own Outlook and setting up bits an pieces as we work through them. Looking forward to the next course.
