Excellent course, well paced.

Great instructor, and good overview of content. Plenty of opportunity for instructor to re-explain content and also to demonstrate how things work/don't work. Great add on to the Excel Intermediate learning.

I found it very helpful and I'm excited to update my existing reports to make them better! Paul was a great instructor and used easy to follow cues.

The beginner course provides a great in depth knowledge which allows for more advanced skills to be developed at a greater speed.

Really helpful, the multiple techniques for each function will ensure I can forget the keyboard or mouse without fear. Knowing all the shortcuts will save me a lot of time and has given me the confidence to check the help menu for alternatives for anything I use but we didn't cover. Thank you!

The Excel Beginner course on 12/3/26 was an excellent refresher training for me, as I haven't done this training for years. So while I use Excel a fair bit, there's a lot I don't know, or have forgotten - this course solves that problem. I found the instructor's tips and tricks (not in the manual) a real value-add.

Instructor Jay was great - explained clearly & showed all concepts. Some of the concepts were a bit too simple but I also learnt a lot especially around commands, navigating and formatting cells.

Good course, alot of information would have like to have a separate course for vlookup and pivot but for beginners

There was a lot of information to be delivered in one day - could be better delivered over a 2 day period - or require some pre learning/reading to be completed prior to the 1 day session - also advising what is needed to complete the course - Power BI software uploaded and ready to use, computer requirements, etc... Really liked Wayne's delivery and trying to cover a lot in a short period of time :)

I think I got some different things out of this essentials course even though Ive previously done the course so that was a positive. It would be good to give everyone a heads up about the minimum RAM requirements etc for PowerBI to assist those who may need to ask for an upgrade.

Wayne is an excellent trainer. He is engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. His delivery of the training was fantastic. It was well paced and catered to the learners. Wayne utilised adult learning principles, demonstrating why this training would be relevant to each of us based on our roles. Wayne also recognised our prior experience, treating us with respect and highlighting the expertise we brought to the table. After completing the training, I feel confident to transforming data in Power Bi and generate visually engaging reports. I also wanted to highlight Waynes technical expertise. He was able to troubleshoot general IT related challenges some participants had, allowing the course to continue. Thanks, Wayne, for an interesting day! Maybe I will see you again for level 2!
