Cath went through extensively on different features and shortcuts that are available in Excel, which was very helpful as someone who runs a lot of reports through Excel.

It was a very valuable course! The instructor was clear and went at a perfect pace. The content was great, some of the little tricks the instructor shared was so helpful. Online training is handy and useful.

When I entered the course I was pretty advanced already in word but Wayne teaching opening me to to the smaller details that I missed in that larger scale of things. He even took time to access another document I was working on for my company to help me improve on my issues and assisted in trying to find a solution. Pretty great having online options.

I appreciated that Wayne checked the information we had retained from the intermediate course and then gave us a catch-up session, reminding us what we had forgotten. This was so helpful because it allowed me to feel confident when we moved forward to new information. I also appreciated that he reshaped the agenda to mirror the priorities of the group.
