Excellent facilitation, very patient and thorough and managed to inject some fun into a fairly dry topic. There were so many tips and tricks, and I really appreciated that a follow-up and email support are included. I would have liked a few more opportunities to try things out, but given the skill levels were varied I understood why that was tricky.

I use excel on a daily basis at the basic level so very good to learn the short cuts as I am mainly self taught. This will enable me to be more efficient in my role.

I asked plenty of questions but I wonder if it would be worth having time at the end for questions? I think a lot of people who don't use zoom etc could benefit from logging on earlier rather than everyone waiting for tech problems.
