got more out of it than I expected

Great course and instructor. Learned a lot over the past couple days.

After completing the Intermediate course yesterday, this was just a great step up. Tom once again was just a wonderful teacher. Each question was answered, with clear and concise information. He was just fantastic, thank you!

As I'm based in Singapore, I think its pretty cool to be able to do the training online. Am surprised it worked pretty well - i signed up for advanced after attending the intermediate online.

A comprehensive introduction

Great introduction course, Alex was very informative and patient. I think when advertising for the course that there should be basic computer knowledge before starting.

Instructor was patient and explained things well.

Cath provides very clear instructions and is clearly very knowledgeable. I found the course very easy to follow along with, and learnt plenty that will assist with future use of Word :)

This course was very helpful. I think maybe for courses if its not already but note what you will go through so people are aware and know to come to learn that area. Couple of members needed Pivot tables but they are on the Advanced :)

Tom was a wonderful teacher. Clear and concise communication, and explained everything really well. Using Excel daily, you learn most things, but miss a lot of tips and tricks. It was a really great day.
