Fantastic facilitator.

The subject was really interesting and the examples given have real world uses. This was a worthwhile course.

Really informative after the basics training completed on Monday. I liked the way on Monday the training included using reactions(coffee cup, ticks etc) which I think sped up when the instructor could move forward instead of pausing and waiting for an answer.
