Adam did a great job going through all the fundamentals of using Microsoft Project. Adam kept it engaging and made the two day course very enjoyable. I highly rate the course and can't recommend Adam enough.

Adam was an excellent instructor. He was very thorough in his explanations & was patient when the attendee's had questions. I found the experience valuable in my daily business requirements for my work. The pace was excellent & kept me interested while also not being too fast. I was able to understand the concepts well due to Adam's examples & explanations.

I learned how to create delivery options, sensitivity options, viewing conversations, removing attachments from emails, keyboard shortcuts, emojis and resending and recalling emails.

Good course for beginners or frequent users. I picked up a lot of "tips and tricks", that will definately help me with being more time efficient

I learnt new keyboard shortcuts that will be valuable in my current work environment.

I learnt new features within outlook that I look forward to optimising within my current role within QFES.

Excellent explanations and demonstrations of principles of InDesign and how tools can be modified and used for different document types. Antony's explanations and patience are highly valued and what is needed for those starting to learn the program. Thank you!

Great Trainer

Instructor was very interactive considering he had a few technical issues. A great course to everyone who uses outlook daily in the workplace. I like how it was online as I am based in a regional community as I don't have much access to training.
