Very clear instructions and time to work through all the elements of the course. Instructor brought humour and real life experiences to make examples memorable. The course was very useful for my role and I will improve my work skills because of it.

Love Belinda. She is a great teacher and very helpful for a novice and more experienced alike. Easy (???) to follow course outline even when you don't know the subject.

This course builds on the Essentials course very well. I found it most useful after using the knowledge from the essentials course for a while first. It's fast-paced and covers a lot of ground - but much of it is about things I now know I want to use on my site. Belinda - the instructor - is expert and a patient, very capable teacher.
