Jeff is an excellent trainer. The content was well and clearly presented and relevant. The pace was suited to all participants, and Jeff was careful to explain pitfalls and provide examples of various solutions. I can't fault his presentation or content - brilliant!

Truly enjoyed it. Learned quite a lot of things that I could really use practically. Though me being counteractive is just how I learn. I learn by listening a lot. Plus a lot of my question were asked by fellow students.
