Duane is a great facilitator. He is very clear in his instructions, very patient and provides lots of shortcuts. He is also very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all questions. Overall all the courses I have taken with DWT have been amazing. I have enjoyed them all and learnt a lot. I was very impressed with how organised all the courses have been.

Adam is a superstar and such great teacher, patient, engaging and clear with with his explanations. Can't fault him.

Great Course learnt a lot about Microsoft word that i didn't know. The Instructor Jill even showed us how to add a Table of Contents which wasn't originally in the course contents.

The course was great. I had done the intermediate course with Duane before the advanced course and really like him as a trainer. He was very helpful and made sure everyone understood what was being taught. Would recommend to friends and work colleagues.

I found Duane very informative, easy to understand and the content of the course very valuable. The content of the Excel Advanced course was extremely relevant to real-life business scenarios and the requirements for reporting, analysis and business decision-making. The learning environment and equipment provided for the course creates any easy learning environment.
