A fantastic comprehensive course conducted at a well thought pace enabling students to actively absorb the information provided.

Training is good. Got to learn about some areas in MS word that are not much familiar to me.

The pace was fast but needed to be to cover the information. I sometimes lost where we were; it would be helpful for me to have Andrew verbalize the tabs as he chose and demonstrating the features.

Great presenter. Well run and stepped through and covered a lot of valuable territory that would benefit a lot of people. I learned about some areas of Word that I had not previously encountered and will come in handy in future.

Once again Ben covered and explained everything in detail and in a language that I understood. As not everyone is updated on all computer language. Thank you again and hope to look into other courses at a later date with Ben.

I enjoyed the course. I have done excel courses in the past but this was the best. He explained it in an easy to follow manner.

Good speed, easy to follow

Our instructor, Cath, was extremely knowledgeable on PowerBI. Her method of teaching was fantastic and she explained everything with clear and easy to understand instructions. Loved the real world examples used.

I found the course at a decent pace and I have taken away quite a lot of tips.

I really enjoyed my instructor she had very engaging energy, was patient and also maintained my interest in the content throughout the entire day. The content was very helpful and I plan on doing more courses with you guys in the future. I did find the incredible view out the window a bit distracting though! haha.

Great course however there was a lot of subject to cover and it feels a bit rushed. Also, instructor should advise students to put their phone into silent mode as it is very distracting to others.

I loved how well structured this course was, plenty of breaks to keep your mind fresh. I was very thankful this course is available online as i live in a regional location and would not have been able to complete it had it only been classroom bound.

Trainer Wayne was very engaging - loved his training style - a full day course is alot to take in however the manner in which he trained us made everything very easy to learn and kept us engaged the whole day. The content was exactly what i was looking for.

Instructor Wayne was engaging and presented the course content in a way that was easy to understand and follow along with. Terrific course and having the option to complete the course online in a virtual classroom scenario is perfect for students that live regionally like myself who would not be able to attend a face-to-face classroom in a capital city. I am looking forward to level two in the near future.

Very insightful- more than just a refresher. Over all I feel more confident in using Excel spreadsheets to give that extra oomph to my workload etc

This course was fantastic. It was really good that I had done the Microsoft Word Beginner Course previously as some of the functions were also used in the Beginner Course for Excel. Ben was very patient with me and he helped all the students if they were a little behind in one item that they were doing.

I have once again found Ben to be very invaluable. This is the second course I have been able to be in. I found that this is again an interesting and informative course. Looking forward to the intermediate couse.
