Wayne was an amazing teacher of this course and I learnt so much. I much prefer online training as I was able to learn from others as they may have gotten stuck. Wayne also made sure everyone was always up to speed with where he was at. because I am located in a remote location it is much easier for me to log on online rather than needing to go to a space for face to face.

The instructor was great and the convenience of the online format was convenient, and we could see the instructor fixing other people's issues which saved a lot of time as many people had the same issues.

Wayne was a wonderful instructor. Very patient and helpful and clear in his instructions. The class was informative and covered lots of helpful things in great detail. I thoroughly enjoyed having him as my teacher. Completing this class online was extremely helpful as it gave me both the flexibility to attend a wider variety of dates, and also meant that Wayne could share his screen and provide real time instruction step-by-step for navigation through Excel and for each individual step in each lesson. It made learning when someone got confused much simpler and allowed everyone to learn from each other's stumbling blocks in case we had the same problem. The level of detail was good and taught me new skills based off basic functions and skills that I had already learnt through previous experience, and will help me learn Excel in greater depth than I had before. In particular learning about precedents and natural language formulae was eye opening and I can't wait to use those in my work.

Wayne was incredibly insightful and engaging! I found his pace was just right, and despite the online platform, technical difficulties, etc., he was able to provide his knowledge and instructions efficiently. He has a wealth of experience, and was able to explain concepts clearly. I usually prefer face-to-face training, but the online platform seemed so much more suitable for this.

It was excellent, extremely thorough. Instructor was the best so far. I usually prefer training in a physical environment but today was great.

Wayne was really good and put real life situations into our learnings. I really enjoyed this class. The lesson was made interesting and learned lots of great new shortcuts in excel :) I would love to have another class with Wayne Penn. Loved the bits of humour as well as it made learning much more fun :) Online learning was really good because it was interactive and we could practice while Wayne helped others.

This has been the most enjoyable and engaging course that I have ever taken. Wayne was incredibly knowledgeable, funny and empathetic. I liked how he took the time to evaluate individual skills and areas where excel would be applied to work or personal situations. Wayne is great at presenting information, guiding practical exercises and ensuring each person understood and was ready to move on to the next topic. I would not have been able to take this course if it were not offered online as I am in another state. I enjoy learning online as I can be at home where I have a proper/full computer set up. This would not be a practical course on a laptop alone

This has been the most enjoyable and engaging course I have ever taken - having a knowledgeable (and funny) teacher kept me interested all day. Wayne was very considerate of everyone having a different skill set and showed a range of functions that could be applicable to a range of industries and your personal life. If this course was not offered online, I would not have been able to participate as I am in Victoria. I am so delighted that Wayne will be teaching my Excel Advance class.

Cathy was absolutely wonderful. Her instructions were well paced, clear and easy to understand, and she was understanding and more than willing to help every time someone faced technical issues. The course material was very in depth and covered a large range of topics and skills that will be very useful to me in the future, so I am glad I was able to participate.

It was amazing, this is going to be so much more efficient with my documents with tables and templates, Building blocks. I didn't realise there was so much I did not know. Thanks Cath it was amazing! Would love to do the advanced if I can. I will ask my Manager.

Excellent in-depth training with practical exercises. The trainer, Wayne Penn, is patient and engaging.

Great instructor, knowledgable, friendly and engaging. It was a lot of content to cover in a short time but he did a great job. Really great to have the option to do it online as it would take me 2 hours to travel into the city. The only reason "answers to questions" was a 4 and not a 5 is because there wasn't time to cover everything. Ditto for "pace" - I could have gone faster but appreciate that not everyone in the class had the same level of experience.
