Mario was knowledgeable and friendly. He was always checking that everyone understood and was patient.

mario was very helpful, friendly and approachable giving us practical real life and 'demo' examples to give context to the theory. Unsure of how I'll go applying this experience to my own real world context with only the 2 days of 'practice' but here's hoping some of it sticks. The knowledge that I can 'resit' the course when needed (within the 8 months) gives me reassurance and confidence as I end the day.

Jill is extremely knowledgeable and I felt I learnt a lot from this course. A lot of very useful tools and tips that can be applied in practice.

This was an excellent course! Jill treated the course as a seminar which was really great. She asked for input at the start of the course from the participants regarding what they wanted to learn or be taught in Microsoft Word and incorporated this in throughout the day. It enabled all of us to take something away from the course and take me back to work as a better and more efficient employee.

The Outlook Advanced course had a great delivery and was very informative. Wayne provided detailed examples and answered all questions the class had. Having personal matters to take care of also, I really appreciated his dedication and the time he spent with us today. I also valued the course being online and would undertake other online courses with DWT in the future. Thank you!

This course was highly valuable. The instructor broke it down into manageable and easy to understand steps which was incredibly helpful. With the little bit of humour in there it definitely made the course more relaxed and enjoyable.

Course was very informative and provided me with many new skills. Sean was absolutely fantastic, he explained everything very clearly and made the day enjoyable. Hope to have him again when I do the Advanced course.

I had Sean during my course today, and he couldn't have been better. He is knowledgeable, well-versed in the application and a great teacher. I found the course very helpful and straightforward. I learn from being hands on, so the "work along" with the instructor was great for me.
