The course was very useful for me. The instructor Wayne was excellent and kept me interested for the entire day - a challenge for a fairly dry topic like Excel! The pace was very good for me as I didn't feel like I was waiting around and had to keep paying attention. The instructor engaged with everyone really well which also kept your attention. The topics covered were great for this level.

Learned lots of valuable information which I will be applying to my presentations. Need a bit of practice as I sometimes fall behind (but that's on me - old age). Thankfully there's a manual and I can re-sit. Thanks for being patient and noticing expressions (when confused :)

informative great pointers easy to navigate

Jay was a great teacher, went over all aspects in detail and was happy to help group members when needed. The time saving tips, especially around formulas will be incredibly helpful.

Excellent and very clear

Dani was fantastic and thorough, answered every question with excellent examples and was always happy to repeat steps for the class.

Our instructor is very calm and that help e ease my anxiety of joining a group learning training. I have trouble catching up but she's willing to go back when ask. Very great instructor thank you for your help

Alex was great! Fantastic presenter and I personally learnt plenty from the intermediate excel training. Hopefully I will retain the majority, but it was great! I'll use a lot of these new tools I have learnt.

The facilitator was extremely knowledgeable and explained things in a real-world way. I wasn't sure if I was beginner or advanced entering the course, but I worked out that I do know a bit and the training was suitable to my skills level.

Duane was very helpful and went at a good pace providing great feedback and help to whomever required it. All the courses I've attended required no self learning, it was all shown then we would move on. maybe showing us then allowing us to do it ourselves would be beneficial for memory sake. However i know that takes more time.

its an interesting course with a lot more to learn to have more command as i work as an analyst.

This class is amazing. I learnt a lot of shortcuts and tools that help accelerate my daily works much faster and efficient. Duane's way of teaching is super easy to understand.
