This was a great class and course, martin was great and addressed all questions well. He presented a lot of new very useful shortcuts. He was very patient and showed us very quickly where some of the new skills can be utilised in other MS packages.

Very great, 2nd time around. Both online and face to face. Love the instructors here. They know their stuff and it is great. Will be coming back.

Overall it was a great training session. Being online it was very interactive and more focused on the content. Wayne was really good in providing the context and background for easy understanding.The pace was good and the speech was crisp. It was easy to understand and carry out the exercises.

My bias is usually toward in-person training but Wayne facilitated this expertly on-line. He answered questions, gave timely demonstrations, kept the flow of the course moving at a good pace by checking in with how all of the participants were going and was able to trouble-shoot where necessary. I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do with my new skills but am also looking forward to sitting the course again down the track to fill in any gaps that I might forget!
