Excellent course, made much easier by the small group size. Instructor was clear and concise.

I found it very helpful, I know it is only a beginner course but by the end of it I felt like a pro. It has defiantly given me the skills I need in my current line of work and I am very thankful to the instructor, Duane who was patient and informative!

Adam was an extremely good communicator of theories and concepts. Very impressed with how he explained the course with clear and easy to follow instructions.

Having experience with Xero already (self taught) this course was a great opportunity for me to learn any new 'tricks' and also have a better understanding of the xero features. Gordon was great as he used genuine examples of case studies which made the information easy to understand, I very much appreciated the detail and extra information in regards to accounting that Gordon shared a 'bonus' ontop of the Xero training.

It was very detailed, instructor was engaging and very thorough.

I attended the Outlook Advanced course today with Wayne as the instructor. I really enjoyed the online option, as we were able to discuss problems and solutions as a group, which helped to maximise learning. I learnt heaps of new skills that I'm looking forward to using in my job. Highly recommend!

I'm new for Outlook but this course is very good and helped me to understand morn and Outlook can do morn than I thought. For Wayn, he gave me advice on how to solve problems during the training that is really helpful. Thank you so much.

I absolutely loved this course. I use Outlook every day for work emails, however, did not know how powerful and time saving this application can be! The integration with Excel is so helpful. Had no idea about the use of quick steps, nor the functional power of Categorisations! I got so much out of this course. This Instructor is so knowledgeable, explained concepts and topics so clearly and succinctly. Personally, I have found im getting more out of the online live training delivery method as opposed to the in class (attended DWT Melbourne a few years ago). I feel more focused and engaged and have extra learning benefit of having online visibility / exposure to other student's queries being assisted/resolved by the instructor, whereas in the traditional in class method at times would have been sitting idle time or just hearing of but not seeing the issue/example. Highly recommend, this course AND this Instructor! thank you :)
