Ben has been a great teacher. Having sat through many full day courses externally, I can confidently say that Ben has a great understanding of the subject matter, and is obviously very passionate about explaining the "why we are doing this" and "how could this be helpful" about everything he touches on. Ben Is extremely well spoken and is not afraid to take on board any challenging questions, and is extremely competent and caring when being asked a question. I would hihgly reccomend this course and his other courses to anyone who needs help with Excel.
