As a beginner with not much background knowledge I have found this course is suited for everyone in the class room. Jeff explained things really well and was easy to follow. I enjoyed it and looking forward to payroll tomorrow

Very helpful and will definitely alleviate the stress with fumbling through Xero for everyday use. After the course finished for day 1, Jeff stayed back for an additional hour, went above and beyond by providing guidance in regard to moving from MYOB to Xero and setting up the Conversion balance.

Course was fun and Jeff had break out stories to keep us entertained. Jeff also took the time to answer individual questions

Adam was very engaging, brought a lot of energy and expertise to the session. He made a somewhat dry subject very interesting, and really helped us all stay enthused and, most importantly, learn a LOT about Power BI and all the useful ways it can support our work!

Amazing! it was an excellent session, and Adam was an absolute star, he was excellent facilitator and knew his stuff. I think everyone should do this course and know how to use Power BI it as such a powerful tool and I am looking forward to using it and upskilling.

Excellent course presentation covering a lot of content. This was exactly what I was looking for as I am a beginner using this program. The program is impressive with lots of options and graphics.

Lots of great detail and hidden hacks, love it. Only feedback was Prue's audio was not the sharpest. Hopefully some tweaks there for next time will be ok.

Prue was a very lovely teacher, she explained everything well and is more than happy to show the class more than once if something was missed and was very patient with everyone.

I did this course about 4 years ago, and yet I still learnt a lot today and it was an excellent refresher. Some great new features which I wasn't even aware of, Prue was very insightful! It is a lot of content, so its good that we have the examples and resources to come back to as needed. I'm looking forward to building on the skills learnt.

Wayne was extremely detailed and patient during the whole class. He took the time to explain and demonstrate each part of the course, leaving no questions unanswered. For a beginner to a complicated platform like Excel it was a very useful class. The most useful parts for me were setting up the formulas and the printing settings.

A great refresher to my skills from over 20 years ago. Wayne spoke clearly and confidently to help everyone in the course keep up to speed. Great session, I feel confident moving forward.

The course was able help me understand the where the tools were and apply these to read and understand and drill down into the spread sheets for reporting.
