Gordon was very informative, personable, and delivered the course at a very comfortable speed. Not too slow, not too fast. The first day was a little more theory and the second day was very interactive and useful. Great knowledge of book keeping/accounting especially in Xero was shared.

Conditional formatting, grouping of sheets and range names were valuable to learn during this course. Tom was happy to discuss challenges we experience in day to day data management.

Very helpful thank you. Good to go into tricky things earlier in the day when more fresh. I would like to have gone into further exception scenarios say when a data set may be corrupted and vlookup is therefor not working. It was a good foundation to go away with though to help read the language. Worth the companies money.... would definitely recommend.

Tom was very clear in teaching and patient in answering questions. I found the focus on formulas and conditional formatting very helpful. The section on adding/deleting columns/cells was a little basic but would be handy for a new learner. Overall happy I completed this course.
