great learning easy to understand

I fell behind a few times due to my lack of typing speed. Ben was happy to go back and go back over items.

This course has helped solidify my understanding about the various Excel Functions that I have been previously been taught prior; served as a refresher which was very helpful. Additionally, I also learnt some new features in PowerPoint that I have never used before such as Slide Master will be beneficial for future engagement within this program. Thank you for presenting this course.

I enjoyed this course. I am perhaps at the intermediate-advanced competency level but I wanted to refresh my skills to start from beginners to then attend intermediate and advanced Excel courses. I benefited from some areas I didn't know before and I have also learned to correct some bad habits.

I enjoyed the course. Paul was very engaging, which helped keep you focused. He was very knowledgeable and happy to help anyone if they needed.

The course was well structured and emphasised points, shortcuts and formatting that a beginner would require. Paul was concise, patient and on point.

I learnt so much today, and loved the detail that was provided for each of the subjects. I especially loved all the neat little tips and tricks with keyboard shortcuts! Duane was awesome!
