Very helpful course delivered in a low pressure environment. Learnt quite a lot.

I found the session with Dani very interactive and engaging, she covered all the topics in a very easy to understand manner. I feel confident I would be able to use Word easily now. It was a bit harder for me as I was using a Mac and the command keys are different to a PC. Also some of the functions such as clipboard, selecting colors by naming the RGB color and some other features are not options to use.

This course was really educational and showed me the why's as to using excel instead of the how to do things which benefited me. the trainer Wayne is super engaging and funny and knows to make sure we understand

Wayne was really good at explaining and taking the time to answer questions. Was very thorough and made the class exciting. It provided an in-depth knowledge of some that i already knew.

Learning about pivot tables, vlookups, macros. Has given me a better understanding of excel and what you can achieve when using it.

I find the online/virtual class effective because i can see the screen more closely vs when i was in class. It is important however to have the houskeeping rules be strictly implemented which is done in this class eg. open the video camera, clear communication signs, BRB note if going out for a while (to ensure attention in class), and interaction. Face to face is equally good but i also liked the virtual class. At my level, i may need more hands on practices. Instructor's communication is very clear and voice well modulated so I can understand clearly.
