Jill was very attention grasping, she made sure each one of us had a deep understanding of the topic before moving onto the next subtitle. She also was generous enough to share her keyboard shortcuts sheet with the class which was extremely beneficial and helped immensely. Really enjoy the online training as I work from home and live in a remote area. I feel like I have learnt a lot of tricks with both courses I have completed so far.

the size of the class (just 3) meant that we were able to slow the course down so that one of the participants who was struggling could easily keep up. there were plenty of times for questions and it was awesome that the course still went ahead with such a small number of participants - i was pleased it was not cancelled really last minute. it was great that the trainer Wayne was able to pivot during the course based on the needs and wants of the participants. also Wayne stayed in the meeting with me after the participants had left and went through a specific query i had in great detail to ensure that i would be able to resolve the issue myself moving forwards - invaluable! i really appreciate that Dynamic offers these courses online as well as face to face. it means i can study from home or from the office really easily and i do not have the stress of arriving to an unfamiliar venue on time using public transport which often runs late. it also allows me some flexibility to check in with colleagues at work during my breaks to stay on top of anything urgent that comes up at work during the day. it's cheaper for my organisation to send me on courses online rather than in person, especially as i am from Adelaide, there seems to be a trend that lots of courses are put on in larger cities and for full day courses that then attracts meal and accomodation costs for my company and those additional dollars could mean the difference between my training being approved or not. please keep online courses! one suggestion - along with advising students take the next course in the list, if they are taking an advanced course, perhaps at the end of the course the trainer could offer to stay on in the meeting to discuss other courses that might be relevant to people who have just completed a course. a great way to get trainees excited about other courses, have courses personally recommended to us based on what the trainer knows about us from interacting during the day, and potentially an easy bit of face to face promo for Dynamic.

This is a really good course and we gain lots from Mario's teaching. He is really getting into the details and explaining clearly. We understand Xero software and we are able to apply to our real work.
