The trainer Martin was very engaging. he made the course interesting and fun and reinforced what we learned with using real life situations in which we could apply what we learned. he was also helpful in providing solutions to any problems we encountered at work. The beginner Powerpoint was much better than I thought it would be. I expected it to be very dry but Daniel's presenting style was very interactive and engaging. Definiely hoping to have him for future courses.

It was good to do it a second time as I understood a lot more, and online is better for me as reading glasses make it harder to look up to whiteboards and back to the computer.
