The Intro to HTML course was fantastic - the pacing was perfect, and the instructor provided pathways for future learning as well as an opportunity to ask questions about areas that interested the students. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and patient.

The instructor was very clear on how to do things and would say what to do as he did it which helped understand a lot better. If I was unsure on how to do something I would ask and the instructor would quickly & easily help answer my question with a demo.

Antony is a great trainer and explained the functionality of Illustrator clearly. He is patient with questions and is always willing to repeat the steps.

Felt this gave me a great foundation for illustrator, coming off a base of zero knowledge. The instructor took the time to take us through each example, repeating steps whenever needed.

Mark was an excellent facilitator and delivered the material in a way that was both engaging and informative, not an easy task given the nature of the content. Will definitely be taking the Advanced course in the near future.

The pace was perfect for me. I felt the way we started with basic concepts and built on them really helped everything to make sense and "sink in" I did not feel like I had to ask questions to get a better understanding of any of the concepts. The instructor took his time, did not rush and happily answered any questions. I feel confident that I could reach out to the e-mail address provided at the end of the course for any help or clarifications The SQL book essentials is going to become a valuable resource for me to refer back to (along with the files we saved along the way with all of the queries/examples)

Mark conducted the two day training at a good pace and was very thorough in going through different examples for each topic
