Pacing was good, lots of opportunity to ask questions, instructor was extremely clear and easy to listen to and had good ways to explain the concepts.

I learnt lots of new tips that I will be able to use at work - thank you! The pivot tables and pivot chart features will be very useful and I have a better understanding of what features/filters there are.

Great Tips and Tricks, a fair bit I already knew. However having this course as an introductory course for people brand new to Excel. It would give them foundations.

I learnt a lot. Even though there was a lot of information to take in the teacher spoke slowly which i found very useful. Her voice was calming. She made sure we understood and gace us plenty of time to ask questions.

The formulas and functions was especially helpful.
