Great course covereage. Difficult to cater for everyone's needs depending on level of prior exposure, however, Wayne went out of his way to cover everyone's needs and questions. I picked up a lot of useful information that will benefit me. I'm looking forward to the Advanced course also.

Online course was good. Class size was fine and everyone seemed to keep up/be at the same level which was good. I have done a different course where people couldn't keep up and it was very frustrating, but online worked well for this one.

Very good. Fast moving but gave a good insight to what we can do and a good overview of where to look, setup and work with different areas of a document. Wish the course was more than a day so it could give a little more time on each topic but understand this is not possible and needs to be within 1 day.

The course was great to be directly engaged in, and also as a listening only mode during inevitable work crisis moments. The course material is a useful post training catalogue of the course criteria, and the offer for professional assistance post-course is also appreciated.

Sean was very patient and helpful. I needed help quite a bit during the course and he talked through each step. Good sense of humor and i found out i am definitely NOT a nerd!

Good course, pace was reasonable noting that I haven't done the beginners course and my baseline knowledge of Excel is quite patchy. It was good for me as it made this course accessible without my having to ask many questions. Instructor was good, kept it pitched at the right level. Friendly and open to questions but still very much focussed on the material. Thanks.
