Mario has huge patience to answer each student's question and be able to address answers of each questions. This payroll course makes more clear to my understanding and learnt all tabs under Xero Payroll function.

John was professional and knowledgeable regarding Adobe Captivate. He was patient and helpful when I required clarification on certain points.

The instructor was able to adapt delivery to accommodate my lack of software and was able to still deliver the content in a way where I was able to understand key messages, and I was provided with additional resources and ongoing support to ensure I had all that I need to gain value from the training.

Really engaging course, good pace. Thanks Adam! Some examples outside of sales would be more relevant to me, but understand sales is more globally understood. Some data sets based on health / service provision to clients could create some different content and interesting examples.
