Alex provided detailed explanations and showed us how to use the different functions in Excel. The course is super useful and Alex also gave us some tips to use Excel more efficiently, which makes our life easier. Thank you so much.

This Course has been extremely helpful joining things together that I never knew i could join together. I have also learnt some many new features that I did not know existed in Excel.

This course was an extremely clear and followable for a user that has a basic to intermediate understanding of excel and common sense when working with volume data. The instructor was very clear, well paced and knowledgeable. Would 100% come into this course again for future work in excel and even to run over more technical items.

Excellent trainer - informative, experienced and very helpful.

Trainer was patient and explained things well. It was a harder course than expected. Excel really is a crazy program with so many functions that I didn't know existed.

Instructor explained at a consistent pace with competence and expertise. Course and materials including the support after the course are very good, helpful and well-designed. Booking was very convenient.

I found the pace very good. I thought online would be hard but Jeff made it easy to follow.

It was great that Jeff included and introductory session to this training on Fair Work. This complimented the Xero training nicely. I have been using Xero for a while now and there were quite a number of little things that I learnt that will change my practices and that I will be able to do rather that call our accountant to fix.

I really liked the pace of the course. And when we were taught something, we went through an example a second time. If I wasn't fast enough to pick it up on the first time, I didn't need to ask Alex to repeat because he automatically did it anyway. Thank you so much, really wish I'd done this course years ago!

Well organised, not boring, talks about lots of practical moments. Would be better if the last part (after the last break) can be a bit shorter. Hard to concentrate after the whole day of training. I would move breaks a little bit. Love how we jumped back and forwards; so there was a chance to repeat something we have just learned earlier in the course
