Great introductory course. Mark is very knowledgeable on the SQL. It is a bit difficult on the IT hardware support.

It is a great course for beginners, who wants to use SQL for day to day work.

Mark was a pleasant and patient instructor who was willing to adapt to each students needs. I think for someone who has no prior experience with SQL like myself, I personally would need to spend some more time going through the information as there is a lot of information to cover. I'm glad we were provided with a manual and other resources to refer back to when we need it.
