Jeff was a very funny and engaging instructor who provided us with a detailed but concise lesson with lots of practical examples. He also provided interesting bits of trivia and photos which helped to break up the tedious classroom atmosphere. Would recommend.

I'm was very pleased with what I learnt today in the Intermediate Microsoft Word Course today. I especially liked learning new things such as Building Blocks and Quick Parts. I thought Cath delivered the course very well and she was really easy to understand. I hope I get Cath again when I do other courses. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.

I appreciate very much that the instructor was able and willing to take the time with the different issues that came up for each participant, our issues were very wide ranging! The instructor used a very good, calm and well-paced teaching voice.

Very informative, using real life examples for each topic. I found it covers a lot of tips and tricks that you cannot find on the internet or through other sources. It was also very interactive and gave us the chance to challenge what we are already doing with our original processes.

Wayne is very thorough and profound in explaining on the Power BI course for topics covered. 1 day isn't just enough to cover all.

Sean was really good at communicating the formulas and what we were working on. He was also very prompt at being able to assist anyone with issues and was impressively good at working out what the problem could be given this was an online course.

The course, 26 July, has been very helpful. The number of participants seems about right. I have been using Word for a long time, for university and for work, however, I have never been formally taught how to use Word, so there are many simple things that I do not know about. I was very happy to learn some of the basic tricks on Word! The pace was good. There is lots of information, so it was good that there was not too much too fast, and there were enough breaks.

This was my first online course and I was very hesitant to do this course online. Overall I thought it was a great first experience. Wayne was a fantastic facilitator he was patient, easy to understand and gave great working examples. I have used Word previously but learnt a lot in the beginners course. It will help a lot when I head back into the workforce after a long break. As well as gaining more knowledge for tables, superscript/subscript, I also learnt about Windows Snap and how to use Zoom better. I would do another online course with Dynamic
