A lot of the training I already knew however it is always good to refresh your skills and there were some very good things that I learnt from Sean that I was not aware of.

Most informative . Instructor easy to follow and to the point.

Sean was excellent in delivering this course. His voice and tempo was just perfect for this online learning. Sean would sometimes repeat the step, i would have liked to see more of that for those of US who are a little behind ( like I was) But his execution was on point.!

Cath was very informative and provided more great shortcut tips to try out. I had a light bulb moment when Cath went through Inserts Tab. Custom slide show information was really handy to learn also. Thanks so much.

This course was very helpful. As an advanced course it naturally assumes a certain level so I didn't feel we were being told 'basics'. Some items I knew but I also got a lot of helpful tips. This would be the same for everyone - we would all have different levels of expertise. But overall it was great and Cath was so patient with those who were a bit below 'advanced' level.

The course was great and enjoyed the presenter's style too. It went quickly. Good coverage and focus of all areas and nice to have good examples for all channels e.g. video, media, images, pictures, recording etc. Thanks Tanya

The training was much more than what I expected. Mark was exceptional, very knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions.

In summary the course was great. Easy to follow and rational. The instructor was kind, and I am definitely walking away with a greater understanding of what I needed to know.

Thanks so much Martin, the Word Advanced Course was great! I liked that you were patient and repeated the steps to make sure we understood the processes. I now feel confident to do section breaks, T&Cs, HyperLinks & Bookmarks, Indexing, Tracking, inserting fields and macros. I also liked all the shortcuts you mentioned to make things quick and easy. Again, many thanks you made learning online enjoyable. Bronwyn
