Clearly presented. Appropriate pace to ensure all participants are able to follow. Great coverage and thorough functions for basic use. Very mindful of individual requirements and special learning topics.

it was good to know exactly how much about Excel i knew and how much i didnt. i started off in the basics as i have not had any training in this but it was great to work on the basics and also learn a lot of other things i did not know.

Wayne demonstrated extensive experience beyond just Excel itself to enable all in the class to be involved and participate in the joint learning. He was also very patient in enabling some of us having issues in connecting to Zoom and using Excel on Mac platform to resolve them promptly without affecting the flow of the training session.

Good explanation of all the topics. It was clear and I liked the instructor took the time to reexplain concepts that wasn't clear as well as good examples.

Gordon was a fantastic trainer and very engaging. It was excellent and interactive, very enjoyable to participate in.

Considering the number of items Gordon had to cover I found his explanations detailed and easy to understand. I cannot think of anything which could have made the overview better.

Cath covered all aspects of CSS for the beginner and also for the intermediate course developer. Questions were answered with much detail and Cath was very knowledgeable and patient. She was most friendly and extremely helpful! I would definitely take another course with Cath.
