Mark is an engaging presenter who has a complete command of his subject. The course is valuable, even for participants who have some previous SQL experience.

Couple of technical issues between people not ready and different versions of Zoom, but we worked through them. Mark made the best use of the time by taking a short break if a tech issue didn't look like it would be fixed quickly. Mark displayed lots of knowledge.

Alex is an excellent trainer who spoke and explained things very clearly. I did find it was a lot of information to process in the space of 2 days. Perhaps an exercise where we had to create our own project and present it for feedback could have been useful. The pre-course information and service was excellent also.
