Very useful course, exceeded my expectations. Had a few questions about Excel which were answered in detail. Daniel is a brilliant teacher, explained things in a manner I found easy to understand. Also used a little humour which kept the course interesting throughout the day.

If I had read the email properly and had a pre reading of the manual. i would have been better prepared. Otherwise Cath was brilliant. very structured and patient and once i got my screens worked out was very easy to follow

Fantastic content delivered online, I found accessing the resources and understanding the training (and trainer) extremely beneficial. Wayne was personable and created great rapport making the training enjoyable and re-enforced the learning by giving real world examples.

Wayne was an enthusiastic and well presented trainer. He took the time to troubleshoot and allow each participant to share screen and work through their difficulty to ensure full understanding and ability of each participant to complete each task. Wayne was fun, showed humour to break the ice and keep participants engaged and was very knowledgeable on Excel.
