The course has provided me with the basic tools to be able to (hopefully) work a bit more confidently with excel. Shown me what various tabs are for and what they can do. Wayne was an engaging tutor, and provided details that were relevant and informative.

As I already knew basis usage of formula's I did find some sections easy but look forward to intermediate where I can learn new skills.

Being new to Excel I was kept engaged throughout the whole course and learnt many tasks. If I were able, I would definitely use two screens.

Although face to face is a better product, however, Wayne provided a very good delivery, especially when he was able to interact by sharing the student's screen. the examples provided were also high quality and easy to follow. Wayne also went back to bring students up to speed. excellent job.

I was quite anxious about the course prior to starting having only looked at reports previously that had been produced by a staff member. However, I found Adam incredibly easy to follow, his use of language and descriptions particularly on a virtual presentation were highly appropriate for inexperienced users. Doing the course virtually for an entire day is quite tiring so the potential to do it in 2 sessions a day or so apart might be worthwhile but this is purely a personal observation. Thanks very much

Adam was a great facilitator - very thorough and detailed, and didn't hesitate to repeat any instructions if any of us (mostly me) fell behind or missed a step. This course was actually a bit more detailed than I expected, but this was a positive thing due to Adam's way of teaching. Also, I find that in doing the course online, I was able to follow along and try things myself in 'real time' without losing focus or feeling 'cooped up' in a classroom (PJs for the win!). Thanks!
