I really enjoyed the course today. I feel I have gained more confidence in using Word for basic documents and I look forward to putting the steps into practice. I am also really looking forward to the Intermediate course.

Fun and very informative for a beginner course yet easy to understand! Teacher Danielle was lovely, engaging and very helpful and I loved the happy/friendly tone she had in her voice the whole day! Thankyou I learnt lots more than I thought I would, so I am extremely happy that I decided to do the beginner word.

Even though I already had an understanding of excel I learnt a lot today. This was a good course with relevant information.

Really well done course! Insightful, full of information and learned plenty. One thing however is that it did drag on a little bit long. By the end of the day the content can be very similar so maybe an extra break? Otherwise, fantastic.
