This is my refresher course and having Anne-Marie as the trainer again is fabulous. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

Anne-Marie was so knowledgeable and effectively related all that knowledge to us in a way that was easy to follow and comprehend. She was happy to take questions and comments along the way. I wish I could take her to work with me!! I would attend any other courses with her in a heartbeat.
