Jay was great. Probably a little more interaction in the afternoon straight after lunch as people come back in and are a bit tired so concentration can be difficult

I found the course very helpful from start to finish. I can walk out knowing I can start using Excel and finding my way around quite confidently.

The course updated me the latest information about Access 2016. The class was small, so it was very good to all of us. The instructor could focus on individually. Also I got the clue how to protect a database using macro. I will bring back that skills to create a loan administration database. Thank you.

Great course to solidify Xero knowledge, learn new tricks and tips and gain some advanced knowledge and techniques. Mario provided some great real life examples which helped in grasping the content. Excellent for Administration staff and way better than MYOB
