Jay provided excellent introductory / intermediate knowledge regarding Word. He was very patient and answered any questions. However I feel that this course was too basic for the knowledge I already had.

Courses provided great clarity on what is possible and how to do it on office word.Trainer was extremely willing to re explain and also individually show students how to do some of the tasks.

I found this course to be exactly what I needed. I had zero knowledge and have been avoiding excel which was holding me back. Jay was fantastic in his explanation and approach and patience. I will definately be back and would recommend.

There was a little too much detail on formatting text and borders.
