I found this extremely helpful. I have learnt so much about Outlook that I didn't know I didn't know! Cath was very patient and thorough. She has the most beautiful manner and voice. I would highly recommend this course as it really shows you how much we under utilise Outlook. Would definitely love to have another course with Cath.

Cath is great at building relationships and has a very personal approach to building learner profiles. I like the booklets and therefore can go back through and practise
