pace was appropriate to the group the intro course set an opportunity to move to the next level good tips on a strong and clear message / power point delivery "no death by power point!!" maybe consider running a separate program for those with Zero computing experience to avoid a slow pace. [ground zero for beginners!]

Steve was a great trainer, kept the pace moving along smoothly and was always able to stop and help if we got lost along the way. The training is to the point.
