Good course to pick up some valuable everyday knowledge. Handy for tips and tricks to make things easier.

Cath was a very good and knowledgeable teacher. I learnt a lot of tips and tricks for excel. Perhaps doing an exercise twice would help to reinforce an idea if there is time.

Alex provided real world examples which are relate-able to the current workplace. The pace was good and Alex was always willing to help if you are stuck behind.
