Some contents I already knew but it was good to learn other basic functions prior to intermediate course.

For my skill set, the way the information is presented was perfectly balanced to give me 'light bulb' moments of "I have always wanted to know that!" and not too much content to overwhelm. Having the take-away manual was great piece of mind.
