Overall I really enjoyed the course. Some parts of the content I was very familiar with , but enjoyed the shortcut hits and pivot table information

provides better understanding of Pivot Table. a few useful tricks and shortcut keys.

Good content and presented well. Provided extra useful tips outside of the workbook. Possibly recommend to bring memory stick would save instructor sending via email. Small group enables interaction for all members. Instructor took time to explain to those who missed some of the examples in the demonstration.

I loved how interactive it was and the practical (not overcomplicated) examples we ran through. Often these courses cover information that is far too complex for the day to day office needs.

Cath (facilitator) provided a thorough outline of the course and plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Jill is awesome. She understands the pace can be easy for some or relentless for others and she will cater to what she has in front of her. Always willing to answer real world scenarios and has fun along the way. I have enjoyed today's course and have enjoyed the whole experience at DWT.
