The course was really well structured with lots of resources both online and in the handbook. What I liked most about it was the delivery by your trainer grant. He was able to bring a lot of skill and knowledge to the course as well as relating our roles to the relevant sections providing helpful tips, solutions and options. He is definitely a valuable resource to your training organisation.
