This course has made me realise that our organisation is under-utilising Sharepoint. At this point our organisation probably needs to have its use of Sharepoint assessed and developed. Having said that, I am much more aware of the possibilites!

The course and facilitator was excellent, a lot of skills gained from this course

Excellent great speed and comprehensive

Wonderful introduction. I came to resit this one as I was lost in the first one. Cressida was an amazing teacher and stayed with us all. Now I have the confidence to give this a go at work.

Got taught alot about powerpoint today which was great, but might need too come back again later in the year to do a refesher course Cressida was amazing and so was her french

The course was presented very clearly and Cress was interactive. She took her time to ensure everyone was up to speed and provided extra attention if required. Personally i surprised myself with how much i did know prior to this course therefore found myself working through it very quickly. I will do an intermediate class next time around.

Great course very valuable

I found the Instructor to be very professional, friendly and helpful. I have really enjoyed learning the basics of MS Word on the Course. The level of experience of my instructor was fantastic and his ability to reduce complex concepts into simple, hands-on practical application was of tremendous benefit.

It was fabulous to do the Photoshop course and have hands-on experience with real-world/workplace examples. Jay is brilliant at showing different ways to use the program and achieve high end finishes.

Anne-Marie was very helpful and the course was fun and interesting. Anne-Marie was also very supportive.

I have been in two other courses and Mark is the best instructor so far. I will return (not because I don't understand it but because he's a good instructor and I enjoyed the class) Although I would like to have some more self exercises after each chapter to be a bit of a challenge.

Mark was very patient and an excellent trainer considering how complex the subject was.

Thomas is a very good instructor, he helped the students understanding the access concepts in a very logical and structured way. I like the teaching.
